CAS 2301 Apparent Cause Analysis Training
Course Purpose:
This course is designed to provide an overview of the Apparent Cause Analysis to identify causes for Low and Medium risk Issues.
Course Objectives:
- Overview of the Apparent Cause Analysis Process
- When an ACA is required or recommended
- How to effectively conduct an ACA
Participants will undertake practical example of how to conduct and document an ACA using ACA template.
This training, approximately 3 hours long, is provided as a one-on-one or small group training.
